Another Beach Trip

A friend of Leroy's has a family member who owns a condo in Ocean Shores and offered it to us for the weekend. A beautiful place, 5th story view of the ocean, but not really great for 6 people - all one room, about 800 sq ft.

But we are having fun - playing games, coloring, eating, watching movies.

Erica: "Nate, dont play in my pants!"

Nate: "But the giraffe is just lookin'!"

Mandy has decided to walk finally! Thursday night at church, the caregivers said that she was walking around. But she wouldn't for me! Friday night when we got here, Erica said that she had taken 14 steps (when I wasnt there...)! And walking she is! Almost no crawling - she loses her balance and gets right back up again and again! She is so proud of herself!

She took her first steps 2 1/2 months ago - and she has been standing (and dancing) for all that time. She has a strong will, this girl - she does things when SHE wants to - not because Mommy wants her to.

And Ryan got to do something a year in coming... since his sister got to do it last year.

Oh he had so much fun!
