Ryan is 6! (continued...)

We started a tradition of when our kids turn 6 that we take them to a fancy dinner all dressed up and give them a Bible. So far both of our kids were reading by that point so it has worked out well..

Well, because of vacations and yardwork, and Daddy working too much and homeschool... it has taken us a month to finish this part of his birthday. Check it out... I found an ORANGE Bible for him - absolutely perfect!It was a beautiful night - we went for a walk on the pier after dinner.This one is my favorite... I think they look alike here. Arent they handsome in their ties? Funny though, Leroy was way overheated in it and Ryan has a tshirt on under cause, he said, he might get cold. They certainly are different in that respect.
