Cousin Eric tried hard all weekend to get on Amanda's good side - she was never sure... this was the look she gave him most of the weekend - she was SOOO funny about it!
Great Grandpa turns 92 next week - we had a mini birthday party for him. Both he and Grandma (and 5 others) ended up sick at the end of the trip and he had to get some IV fluids at the hospital. He is doing better now -
Stephanie and Steve are getting married in a few weeks! CONGRATULATIONS!!!
Swimming was the main focus for my fish-children - they spent much of the open-pool hours there. It was fun to see the cousins getting to know each other.
Even Mandy got in on the swimming - she loved it!
We went out to dinner after checking out - and squeezed in a picture or two at the beach (sadly, our only visit there even thought it is across the street from our campground). Sunday was the best day anyway...

Even if the parents had WANTED to go to the beach... the kids (at least mine) opted for the pool! Had a blast, didn't want to leave, can't wait to go back!
I can't believe you didn't go to the beach, but that's not too bad since post-pool is way easier than post-beach! that cousins shot is to die for! that has to be a yearly shot on the beach i think! i hadn't heard whether grandma and grandpa were even there, let alone that he was in hospital! it's all a bit too much now I bet... i bet they just don't want to give it up though.
