Ryan is always looking out for Amanda - here he set up a row of pillows for her in case she rolls over. She is rolling really well and occasionally bonks her head on the floor when she rolls over and cant keep her head strong. He is so kind - going through an attitude stage right now - major talking back. But losing 'wheels' (includes ANYTHING with wheels) and having to copy scripture about having a right attitude works well (for now anyway...)
My dear Erica - such a strong girl, yet vulnerable. Easily wounded by her assumption of a situation or statement (have no idea where she gets that from...) She excited to homeschool - loves being home. She is always wanting to learn something new - wants to do dishes, make dinner, serve ice cream - always "all by myself MOM!!!" She asked me the other day as we were waiting for the curriculum to come in the mail - "WHEN are the school books gonna be here - I want my math workbooks!" She LOVES math.
Oh crazy Nate - so much wrapped up in a body that CAN'T KEEP STILL! He moves and talks constantly - always looking for the next mischief. His new thing is to ask EVERYONE who walks by "whas you name?" and if they answer him or pay any attention, the next question is "Whens your birt-day?" Oh but I love him and that is what keeps me from killing him some days.
I was changing Manda's diaper and he snatched her pants - he was proud he pulled them on all by himself.
Little Manda - she is a happy little girl for the most part. A very sparkly smile and twinkly eyes. But boy can she throw a fit. She did a royal one on Leroy the other night - he was not happy about it. She can scream with the best of them. And she keeps on screaming...
This looks like Erica is holding a doll - but she wanted to have them both wear headbands - they were so cute.
