This post is delayed, but I promised Erica I would post this!
Erica and Leroy go on Princess Weekend every year. They dress up and go to out to dinner, go to the Nutcracker, and spend the night at a hotel. Of course the hotel has a pool which is a highlight of the trip. This event has taken many forms - but it has boiled down to the most important aspect being Daddy-Daughter time. They have a blast.

They went to the Olive Garden for Dinner.
Erica got up the courage to go up on stage afterwards and get a picture with the dancers. Oh she was so excited and proud of herself for doing that!
There was a whole group of pictures of random things at the hotel that apparently were interesting to her - here, the cups in the dining room.
