We have SNOW! It was fun to be out with the kids - they had a BLAST today. This is the view behind our house. It is a serious hill and at one point today I counted 14 guys taking turns bonzaiing down this hill... Leroy convinced me to take a late night run down it too (10pm). It was kind of fun really. But we both decided that we were too old for flipping over a sled going down a serious hill like that. OW.
I took this as soon as we walked out the door. Everyone was still warm and dry. Only way to get smiles from all. It went awry from there. Ryan (the cold child) lasted about 30 minutes. Mandy was in my carrier and lasted about 40 min when she decided she wanted to move her arms again. Nate is oblivious so he was out there as long as Erica - she has an internal heater. I asked her if she was cold - "only my toes, but not too bad."
Erica named this one Crystal. There were 2 others.
Finishing the day with Hot Cocoa - nothin' better!
