I am privileged to have both sets of grandparents still available to get to know my kids - Such a blessing! We are in Oregon this week and made a point to visit both of them. Both Grandparents have a stash of toys that the kids just love - they always talk about the toys for weeks after. New, interesting toys - some of them old, well loved, and very different than they are used to.
Grandma and Grandpa Lowen have only been in their new house for 3 months - they really like it and it is a great place.
We worked hard to get these group shots - getting 4 kids - one a BUSY 3 year old and an 18 month old to look at the same time... well - I think we got it!
We always take a walk to Grandpa and Grandma Simmons' garden plots - and then to the Koi ponds that the facility has. It was a beautiful day for a nice walk!

oh I didn't know you were there this week! love the photos, the great-grandparents all look so good, and so happy to be hanging out with their great-grandkids
