1. it is October 26,
2. it is 47 degrees outside,
3. it is pouring down rain outside,
4. it is 9:45 and Erica just woke up,
5. because Mandy decided that she likes applesauce yesterday (the first fruit she will eat)
6. I made 4 batches of pumpkin things yesterday, 
7. because there is a possibility that we might just have a yard before pigs fly,
and 8. because I made a list up just to post some unrelated pictures on my blog, I pushed a button and turned the fire on!
