I don't blog about him as often as the other three... while he is just as social, talkative, and interactive as the other three, he just doesn't take the spotlight like they do.
Ryan was my first smiler, first laugh-er, and by far my sickest baby. He still struggles with reflux even now - particularly bad lately.
He and Amanda have a special bond that has been evident since her birth. She is comfortable in his arms and goes to him readily. He is really great with little kids - he is comfortable with them.
Ryan is very creative and his wheels are always turning - both in his physical activity level and his mental activity. He has gone through 3 backpacks in the last few months cause he crams them full of papers and books and markers and carries them around all day. He will suddenly stop in the middle of what he is doing and pull out some paper or project he started and start working on something, for 5 or 30 minutes - I never know.
He is a sweet child with a tender heart, but alternately a temper that can flare quickly and suddenly. We talk constantly about attitude and tone of voice - he can get frustrated and become rude very quickly.
So with that - a little about my Ryan for you.
