Tempt-Your-Tummy Tuesday - Cream Filled Cupcakes

Admittedly, my mom's recipe is better - more moist and chocolately - but I can not find it. All-Recipe to the rescue!! These are GOOD anyway - Really, how could chocolate and cream cheese and chocolate chips go bad??

One lone one left (it's Daddy's)- made them on Saturday night for a treat.

1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly butter or line muffin tins and set aside.
2. Beat together the cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt.
